As Account Manager (m/f/d), you will not only build new relationships and support market-leading retailers and brands in their growth but also work intensively on optimizing and introducing new processes. You will always keep an overview of all relevant business and performance metrics and manage them through detailed and structured project work. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will implement cross-functional projects that create new growth opportunities for both our partners and us. Your mission: Strengthen partners, promote revenue growth, and drive innovative processes to elevate our partner model to the next level.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and strategically develop key accounts in the fashion sector
Plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at process optimization and the introduction of new systems
Conduct sales analyses to ensure our partners’ performance aligns with ABOUT YOU's overall business strategies and goals
Prepare and evaluate various reports, KPIs, and analyses for business, performance, and assortment management
Drive the internationalization of existing key accounts
Develop and implement new processes to enhance our business models through cross-functional projects
Work closely with other ABOUT YOU teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Tech, Business Development, Legal, and Buying)
Serve as a central point of contact between partners and internal departments to effectively advance projects and processes
Requirements:
2-3 years professional experience in key account management, consulting, or project management, ideally in a digital environment
A successfully completed degree in business or a related field
Prior experience with online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce is an advantage
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for working with KPIs and data
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of working with structured processes
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive projects forward
Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with partners
