The Account Manager will develop and manage existing client accounts with a focus on IT staffing and consultancy services for the European Institutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, driving recruitment efforts, establishing strong client relationships, and supporting consultants in their professional growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs, to managing the request processes, securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery
drive recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, aligning the right talent with the right opportunities
build lasting partnerships and establish trust-based relationships with clients
support consultants by ensuring smooth onboarding, regular follow-ups, evaluations, and career development planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commercial Engineering, HR)
proven track record in recruitment, account management, or business development—ideally in an IT staffing context
people-person with a keen eye for matching talent to client needs
experience working in international and multicultural settings
self-motivated, resilient, and a team player
ability to build and maintain networks effortlessly with clients and candidates
fluency in English
knowledge of French and other European languages is a strong asset
