Job Description:

Dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Directors in managing large (300+ employees) and complex client relationships. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives, fostering strong client and broker relationships, and driving year-over-year retention and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Account Directors to implement client strategies and ensure successful outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to support retention and growth
Provide expert administrative support and guidance to client constituents
Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to inform client decisions
Monitor market trends and identify competitive opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Participate in and/or lead client meetings as appropriate
Partner with internal teams (underwriting, sales, operations, analytics, etc.) to ensure client needs are met

Requirements:

4-6 Years of Industry Experience
Strong understanding of health plan market (Group Health Insurance)
Strong knowledge of Excel functionality for reporting and data analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMs and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills
20% Travel required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
