The role of the seasoned Account Manager entails representing the client on a designated client brand or function, often performed on-site at the client’s location. The Account Manager is tasked with overseeing the sourcing of in-store marketing Point of Purchase (POP)/Point of Sale (POS), 3D displays, and creative production. Additionally, the Account Manager bears the responsibility of ensuring robust client engagement, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to procure innovative solutions for in-store materials. Collaboration with external agencies may also be necessary to deliver the final product to our client. This role demands proactive promotion of further services, securing and managing client briefs, and conducting pivotal account meetings. The Account Manager is accountable for cultivating key client relationships, prioritising the delivery of exceptional customer service, valuable insights, and maintaining stringent quality control. The position supports various activities, including the implementation of operational best practices, adherence to commercial and financial processes, and meeting management information (MI) reporting requirements. Proficiency in organisational skills, project management and effective communication, coupled with a collaborative approach, are prerequisites for success in this role.

Expertise in: POS, Shopper Marketing, 3D POS
Ideally have experience of POS supply direct to store
Experience of working with high profile brands ideally in Retail
Passionate about environment and eco marketing materials
Proficiency in organisational skills, project management and effective communication, coupled with a collaborative approach
