Job Description:

Design Happy are seeking a highly organised and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in packaging and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Client Director and creative team, ensuring the smooth progression of work through the studio.

Job Responsibility:

Keeping projects running smoothly from brief to delivery
Building great relationships with our lovely clients
Working closely with the Client Director and creative team
Juggling timelines, budgets, and spreadsheets like a pro
Managing studio scheduling using Float (and keeping us all on track!)
Spotting problems before they happen (and fixing them fast)
Making sure everything that leaves the studio is top-notch
Helping keep the team organised, happy, and humming along

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in account management, ideally within a packaging or creative agency
A natural multitasker with top-notch organisational skills
A people person—building and maintaining great client relationships is second nature to you
A spreadsheet whizz
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
An understanding of the packaging design process and what it takes to get projects over the line
