Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant account management/inside sales experience
impeccable communication skills
proven experience in account management, preferably within the logistics industry
strong ability to build and nurture client relationships through effective communication
exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights
knowledge of logistics operations and industry practices
ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
