These restaurants are the up and coming household names, looking to grow and expand their business through delivery as a strategic channel. Your role is to provide strategic advice on how to maximise the power of the Uber platform, through marketing tools and operational excellence, helping restaurants realise incremental growth to their business and connect with new customers.
Job Responsibility
Be the primary point of contact for ~70 brands, you are the face of Uber to these merchants
Analyse and leverage data to provide tailored recommendations and insights on how they can scale their business on the platform
Drive adoption of our ads and offers marketing tools within your portfolio
Work with XFN partners to share information on key initaitives/programs that your customers can benefit from
Requirements
Minimum 2 years prior account management experience, where you had commercial targets and were solely responsible for the success of a customer portfolio
Able to analyse data, draw insights and conclusions and clearly message back recommendations and actions to your customer based on their interests/business.
Nice to have
Experience working within the restaurant/hospitality industry
Experience in an account management or sales role using a CRM, forecasting and pipeline management
