Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in real estate (BtR, lettings, sales, commercial, or related)
Strong understanding of rental markets and the ability to assess ERVs with confidence
Experience managing complex accounts or portfolios with multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded, data-literate, and comfortable owning outcomes
Clear, confident communicator with credibility across internal and external audiences
Organised, proactive, and able to operate at pace across multiple workstreams
