As an Account Manager, you will work in the Account Management department and play a key role in developing our affiliate programs. You will take full ownership of the affiliate programs within the company, providing a wide range of services to these clients. You will act as the main point of contact for your advertisers, offering strategic direction and optimization techniques, identifying new business opportunities to grow your programs and achieve both company and client goals. You will support technical and financial matters, promote best practices in account management, conduct regular meetings, and communicate with publishers and other key stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Optimization of standardized solutions for clients
Identification of clients with growth potential and focus on their development in alignment with TL and HoA advertisers
Business review meetings with clients
Upselling Awin products
Meeting deadlines and objectives
Compliance with qualitative standards
Accurate documentation of meetings, presentations, reports, templates, etc.
Support in program implementation
Program management during the acceleration phase (publisher recruitment and activation)
Optimization and management of the existing publisher base for clients
Use of Salesforce (SLA tool, termination tool, etc.)
Reporting to HoA for qualitative objectives
Reporting to TL and HoA for quantitative objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience in advertising or e-commerce of at least 4 years
Previous experience in affiliate marketing and performance marketing
Spanish – native speaker, English – B2 or above
Understanding of technologies and solutions related to e-commerce
Ability to differentiate between various online marketing channels
Good understanding of Awin’s business model
Knowledge of how to manage and develop client relationships
Familiarity with sales and presentation techniques
Time management and prioritization skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet objectives
