The Account Manager is a strategic partner within a defined territory that works collaboratively with Account Executives and Regional Managers to organize and strategize for territory retention and growth. You will be responsible for supporting new and existing business, as well as achieving the successful implementation of our curriculum solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Meet and exceed assigned territory goals and performance expectations
Partner closely with Account Executive(s) or Regional Manager(s) to manage renewals, expansion opportunities, and new business generation
Territory organization, planning, and execution
Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (HubSpot), including contacts, deal management, forecasting, and pipeline management
Schedule and coordinate demos, presentations, meetings, and follow-up activities
Support sales trip planning, conference coordination, and territory logistics
Generate and support new business leads through referrals, cold calling, and email campaigns
Track and report on key performance metrics, including calls, meetings, deals, and pipeline activity
Maintain deep knowledge of assigned territory accounts, products, initiatives, and timelines
Suggest and support strategies to improve territory growth and sales performance
Regular and predictable attendance
Participate in professional development, not less than 12 hours per year

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, inside sales, or customer service
Experience with lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling sales appointments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Service- and relationship-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve proactively
Strong ownership mentality
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
