BaseSGN is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Account Manager (4-month contract) to serve as the key connector between clients and cross-functional teams—driving clarity, trust, and alignment from project scoping through final delivery. You’ll manage client relationships, timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating across creative, strategy, finance, and operations to ensure meaningful outcomes. This role also contributes to business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and create alignment between Rice and client teams, ensuring everyone is moving toward shared goals with clarity
Understand and confidently communicate Rice’s way of working to amplify the influence of better branding across industries and contexts
Build strong relationships and maintain ongoing communication with client partners on processes, timing, deliverables, and finance
Actively seek and generate new business opportunities—both externally through Rice’s extended network, and internally by deepening value within existing accounts
Identify opportunities within current clients to initiate and develop new projects, proactively proposing strategic ideas that build on Rice’s full spectrum of expertise
Collaborate with internal teams to shape thoughtful, strategic, and innovative Scopes of Work that respond to client needs while pushing creative boundaries
Help maintain and optimize project budgets, offering solutions and suggestions for smart financial management
Support the finance team in preparing contracts, invoicing, and ensuring smooth financial workflows
Provide weekly updates on project progress, team capacity, and time tracking to Creative Director and Design Directors
Organize and maintain accurate project information in the project management system
Facilitate efficient and productive meetings, capturing and assigning action points across teams, always in tune with individual and team schedules
Continue to deepen your understanding of Rice’s unique process—and contribute to evolving it further by observing, sharing, and experimenting
Be a collaborative partner to the creative team—offering insights, local context, translations, and ideas in the spirit of collective excellence and creative generosity
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client service, preferably within a branding, creative agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English, with proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities—able to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
Confident leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and moving projects forward with clarity and momentum
Proficiency in management tools and presentation software (e.g. Google Workspace, Keynote, ...)
A thoughtful and proactive mindset: organized, resourceful, curious, and collaborative
Strong understanding of project workflows, budgeting, deadlines, and creative processes
Culturally engaged and open-minded, with the ability to work across diverse teams and contexts
Nice to have:
Experience managing branding or creative projects across different industries
Familiarity with invoicing, contracts, and financial tracking
