Job Responsibility:

Building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
Handling sales enquiries and managing the full sales cycle with confidence and care
Supporting clients with their needs, following up on quotes, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
Spotting and developing growth opportunities-you'll help take the business to the next level
Leading and mentoring a Sales Administrator, keeping the team aligned and motivated
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that work for everyone

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management or sales
Strong customer service background
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Confident in handling quotes, pricing, and negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and detail-oriented
