Job Responsibility:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service - heavy comms with marketing, events and facilities
Manage brand activities via a manned inbox and telephone calls
Book and schedule meetings
Meet and greet brands on arrival to site
Provide admin support to the team - formatting contracts, invoicing and schedules
Keep internal CRM updated in real time
Requirements:
Excellent communicator with a passion for relationship-building
Proactive and enthusiastic working attitude
Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple accounts
Good IT skills, proficient user of the entire Microsoft office suite
