We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Account Manager to join Feel IT Services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities and identifying new IT roles to support our partners. You will bridge the gap between client business needs and our technical solutions across software development, AI, and cybersecurity.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Proactively identify and engage new prospects to expand the Feel IT client base
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a diverse portfolio of clients to drive revenue growth
Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide new IT roles or project-based solutions
Align client business objectives with our service offerings, including Web/Mobile development, AI, Big Data and Managed IT services
Collaborate with delivery teams to oversee the successful execution of projects and product innovation initiatives
Manage sales portfolios and maintain records of growth, aiming for significant year-over-year increases in both volume and value
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in Account Management within the IT services industry
Proven ability to manage high-value portfolios and achieve significant growth in sales and volume
Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
Provide reliable feedback and post-sales support
Strong communicator with a positive mindset and a passion for building meaningful professional relationships across different cultures
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Web, Mobile, Desktop), AI, Big Data and Cybersecurity/Pen-testing
Skilled in consultative account management and value-added selling
Must be fluent in English to facilitate seamless communication with international partners and stakeholders
