Job Description:

Account Manager (Japan Market) for Icetea Software, a subsidiary of Icetea Labs, specializing in developing innovative software solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for developing the Japanese market for the company’s technology products and services (Software, Web/App, AI, IoT, SaaS, Blockchain, etc.)
  • Identify, approach, and work directly with Japanese clients and partners
  • Present and introduce technology products and solutions
  • Gather, discuss, and analyze requirements and business needs from Japanese customers
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to clarify project scope and technical requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents in Japanese
  • Participate in contract negotiations and support contract signing and project implementation
  • Monitor project progress and support customer success during and after project delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term, win–win relationships with Japanese clients
  • Report on business performance and the Japanese client pipeline to management

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Japanese Language, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above (N1 is a strong plus)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read and write work-related emails and documents in Japanese
  • Experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management for the Japanese market is an advantage
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in technology and software fields
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills when working with Japanese clients
  • Detail-oriented and careful
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Strong sense of deadlines
  • Logical thinking, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure
