OpenRoom Events is a b2b event organiser specialising in the format of 1-2-1 meetings and networking in the retail, veterinary, dental and pharmacy markets worldwide. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for someone with 1+ years' experience in a similar field; this doesn't have to be in the events space. As an Account Manager at OpenRoom, you'll be joining a close-knit, fast-growing team where progression is real and no two days look the same. THE ROLE: Recruit hosted delegates for our events; Develop new business by sourcing leads through LinkedIn, web research, competitor analysis and attending industry events; Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts; Contribute to overall event development, including sourcing conference speakers and monitoring industry trends; Take ownership of hitting targets across the events you work on within the portfolio; Work with the marketing team to develop communication plans and find creative ways to promote events; Attend events as part of the on-site management team.
