As an ambassador for Elemis, this role will manage the day to day running of the Elemis Account at Champneys by promoting the sales of Elemis products and to develop and grow the retail sales of the brand, keeping professionalism, honesty and customer enthusiasm at the heart of everything you do.
Job Responsibility:
Create activity to stimulate interest from clients in the Elemis brand
Be responsible for the growth of sales of the Elemis brand
Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business and report such information Regional Business Manager and Senior Head of UK Spa and Salon
Perform ELEMIS Express treatments and HD consultation to promote Elemis treatments and brand
Assist and support in the on-going product knowledge and retail training for the Champneys spa team working with the Elemis brand
Be responsible for the motivation and team spirit of the retail spa consultant(s) and therapists (where necessary) working with the Elemis brand
Carry out promotion and demonstrations as required
Manage the counter Rota to ensure business is supported at all times
Ensure stock takes and orders are carried out regularly
To work as a team with the other individuals and colleagues in the Company and within Champneys, sharing knowledge when appropriate, helping colleagues and promoting a spirit of mutual respect and support
Requirements:
Beauty Therapy qualification highly desirable
GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
Experience within a similar role
Management and retail experience within the same industry
Practical work experience in conducting treatments
Good level of computer literacy
