Job Description

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our US National team. You will be the day-to-day strategic lead contact for our top-tier clients, managing programmatic and managed media campaigns from planning through execution. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll blend a deep understanding of the campaign strategies with a performance-first mindset to deliver measurable results, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about delivering impactful, client-centric solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Plan and execute client entertainment initiatives to enhance engagement and retention by participating in office hours, lunch & learns, and industry events
  • Develop client-aligned media strategies using market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across open exchange and PMP formats
  • Proactively address evolving client needs with strategic recommendations
  • Use performance data to develop retention plans and uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate on pre-launch activities: brief reviews, creative mocks, sitelists, and quality checks
  • Maintain and manage Deal Libraries and targeting strategies
  • Deliver ongoing performance updates, QBRs, and post-campaign wrap-ups
  • Provide curated reporting: site lists, green PMPs, RFIs, RFPs, and campaign trackers

Requirements

  • Understanding of programmatic, adtech, self serve, DSPs, SSPs, PMPs
  • Analytical, organizational, problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with optimization, attribution and other facets of the ad tech industry
