As an Account Manager at Retail Trust, you’ll work with retail employers to embed wellbeing services that make a real difference to colleagues and their families across the UK. This is a purpose-driven, relationship-focused role where commercial outcomes and social impact go hand in hand. You’ll manage a portfolio of partner organisations, acting as a trusted point of contact and working collaboratively to help our wellbeing services reach and support as many people as possible.
Job Responsibility
Creating strategic account plans to retain, grow and up sell services
Delivering engaging training sessions and presenting at client events
Developing tailored engagement strategies to reach diverse audiences
Spotting opportunities to support subsidiaries and partner networks
Identifying risks and implementing plans to protect and strengthen accounts
Reporting usage trends, insights and feedback to drive service improvements
Working collaboratively with business development, marketing, L&D, finance and other internal teams
Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing B2B accounts
Background in wellbeing, healthcare or EAP services
Strong consultative selling skills with a subscription-based sales background
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
Skilled at uncovering client needs and delivering compelling value propositions
Commercially sharp, data-savvy and able to think on your feet
Highly organised with excellent time management and CRM discipline
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
