Job Description

As an Account Manager at Retail Trust, you’ll work with retail employers to embed wellbeing services that make a real difference to colleagues and their families across the UK. This is a purpose-driven, relationship-focused role where commercial outcomes and social impact go hand in hand. You’ll manage a portfolio of partner organisations, acting as a trusted point of contact and working collaboratively to help our wellbeing services reach and support as many people as possible.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating strategic account plans to retain, grow and up sell services
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and presenting at client events
  • Developing tailored engagement strategies to reach diverse audiences
  • Spotting opportunities to support subsidiaries and partner networks
  • Identifying risks and implementing plans to protect and strengthen accounts
  • Reporting usage trends, insights and feedback to drive service improvements
  • Working collaboratively with business development, marketing, L&D, finance and other internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing B2B accounts
  • Background in wellbeing, healthcare or EAP services
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a subscription-based sales background
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
  • Skilled at uncovering client needs and delivering compelling value propositions
  • Commercially sharp, data-savvy and able to think on your feet
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and CRM discipline
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
