Job Description:

The Account Manager, Wedding role at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali involves managing sales and marketing office tasks, preparing proposals and contracts, promoting the Marriott brand, and maintaining guest and client relationships. Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing
prepare sales-related documents
promote brand awareness internally and externally
gather and assemble promotional materials
use sales techniques to maximize revenue
respond to client and guest questions and requests regarding property services
maintain positive collaborative relationships with team members
comply with company policies and ensure high quality assurance standards are met.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
strong communication and organizational skills
ability to use sales techniques to maximize revenue
familiarity with sales-related documentation and processes
capability to answer guest queries about property facilities and services
ability to develop positive working relationships and collaborate with team members
proficient in professional and written communication
maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
ability to carry, push, or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
