Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as an Account Manager who'd want to be part of our transformation journey as a company and within Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa. This role requires a deep understanding of the Ericsson's product and services portfolio, as well as a comprehensive understanding of your customers' business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash flow, including working capital. We are searching for an Account Manager who will act responsibly with confident authority, taking accountability for developing business relationships while actively contributing to customer success and generating profitable business for Ericsson.

Requirements:
Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering, or an equivalent level of competence
10+ years of sales experience within the ICT industry
Strong technical knowledge across Networks and Core product and services portfolios
Proven experience managing complex Networks and Core projects
Demonstrated commitment to driving ethics and compliance across the organization
Previous experience in frontline sales is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Cultural awareness within a global team environment
Leadership and change management skills
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
Strong financial acumen, combined with innovative and creative thinking
