Uber Eats is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to help change the food delivery landscape. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited about Uber’s technology, the food delivery landscape, and building long-term affiliations with our restaurant partners. Our Account manager drives the development of their portfolios with a sense of growing the operational performance along with great relationship building and gaining the best traction for their partners with their analytical capabilities. Job Responsibility

  • Take full accountability for restaurant portfolios, driving sustained business growth and high-level operational performance
  • Identify and initiate partnership opportunities by leveraging marketing products and innovative programs to deliver mutual value for restaurants and Uber Eats
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with partners, providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues with speed and efficiency
  • Act as a regional subject matter expert, translating on-the-ground market context into actionable strategies for the wider team
  • Partner with local and global counterparts across diverse functions to align objectives and execute regional goals
  • Represent the Uber Eats mission, brand, and product suite as a lead advocate in the local marketplace

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in Account Management or Partnership Management, with a documented track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota targets
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making with proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Previous experience with SQL is a plus, though a strong willingness to learn is acceptable
  • A highly autonomous self-starter with a business owner mentality
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams
