As an Account Manager, you hold a key position. Your focus is on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory. You are also responsible for promoting and selling our Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, as well as the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.
Job Responsibility
Cluster development: strategic approach to fully develop territory and expand market presence
Sales cycle management: manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Relationship management: act as main point of contact for customers
Solution presentation: present and demonstrate products and services to decision-makers
Implementation and upselling: support implementation and identify upselling opportunities
CRM and administration: keep CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date
Travel: frequent travel to meet customers in person (approximately 60% of working time)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
Strong commercial background in key account management or similar roles (at least +8 years)
Experience selling complex services (e.g., SaaS)
Strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies
Confident in negotiations
Results-driven
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Clear and persuasive communication
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Suite
Fluent in Spanish (native)
Good English skills (B2/C1)
Nice to have
Experience with parking management, smart city, or tech environments
Experience with P&D systems or mobile apps
Collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities)
