Job Description

As an Account Manager, you hold a key position. Your focus is on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory. You are also responsible for promoting and selling our Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, as well as the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth and increase market coverage
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory
  • Promote and sell Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, and EasyPark mobile payment solution
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Act as main point of contact for customers
  • Present and demonstrate products and services
  • Support implementation and identify upselling opportunities
  • Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date
  • Travel frequently to meet customers in person (approx. 60% of working time)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
  • Strong commercial background in key account management or similar roles (at least +8 years)
  • Experience selling complex services (e.g., SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies
  • Confident in negotiations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated
  • Results-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite
  • Fluent in Spanish (native)
  • Good English skills (B2/C1)

  • Experience in parking management, smart city, or tech environments
