Job Description:

The Account Manager, SMB, Supplier Sales is responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. This position demands a strong grasp of digital marketing, a knack for building client relationships, and a focus on driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-driven professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts
  • Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to educate and recommend improved solutions to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement
  • Identify and proactively pitch upsell opportunities (e.g., new products, services, increased spend) to existing clients
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to develop and present compelling proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced English level
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated
