We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. Job Responsibility:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow up on inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support pipeline growth
Track outreach activity, lead progress, and sales metrics
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients
Organized with strong time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
