Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's insurance products to provide informed, relevant advice
  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients, building trust and delivering a high standard of customer care
  • Conduct client reviews (both remotely and face-to-face), ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Deliver clear, timely follow-up after meetings-processing changes, generating quotes, and completing admin tasks efficiently

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within your client base to support the agency's growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance or a regulated environment
  • Proven success in delivering excellent service and maintaining client relationships

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities
