As an Account Manager – Retail Media (m/f/d), you will support external brands from the first point of contact through to the implementation and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for marketing initiatives across the entire funnel – from Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content to Offsite placements and Order Success Page integrations – while supporting both existing and new partners.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients, with a strong focus on activation
Communicate, present, and actively sell marketing campaigns across the entire marketing funnel and - depending on the partner - provide managed services for our tools
Independently plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Design, Retail, Partner Business, and Marketplace)
Support partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
Analyze and review campaigns, including KPI evaluation, and derive optimization opportunities
Provide operational support within your team and assist your lead on projects and within the managed service area
Prepare offers and invoices using the CRM tool Salesforce
Requirements:
Degree in business, media, communications, or a comparable qualification
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
Proficient in MS Office
Customer-oriented and communicative, with enthusiasm for working with partners
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
