Our client is a leading eCommerce marketplace known for its data-driven retail media ecosystem and strong presence in the Belgian and Dutch online retail market. As they continue to invest in the growth of retail media and advertising solutions for brands and agencies, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact branding and growth initiative within an expanding digital team. Our client is looking for an ambitious Account Manager Retail Media to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with advertisers and media agencies, translating marketing objectives into effective retail media strategies, and driving the performance and growth of advertising campaigns on the platform.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor for advertisers and media agencies, helping them achieve their marketing goals through retail media
Translate marketing objectives into data-driven retail media strategies and media plans
Collaborate closely with internal teams (campaign managers, data analysts and performance specialists) to execute and optimize campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients
Build long-term relationships with advertisers and identify growth opportunities within the retail media ecosystem
Contribute to the further development and expansion of retail media in the Belgian market
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, eCommerce, retail media, or account management
Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including sponsored products, display advertising and performance marketing
Experience working with advertisers, brands or media agencies, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into effective media strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
A commercial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities with clients and partners
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as campaign managers, analysts and product teams
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for eCommerce, retail media and data-driven marketing
Strong communication skills in Dutch combined with strong English
A Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
