Job Description:

Expand JFrog’s footprint within the U.S. Federal Civilian and SLED space spearheading new business acquisition while maximizing the impact of our existing agency relationships. Translate complex mission requirements into secure, automated software supply chain solutions. Serve as a high-level advocate for the JFrog Platform, bridging the gap between agency-specific security mandates and our internal innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scale JFrog’s US Public Sector footprint by identifying and acquiring high-value agencies and programs within Federal Civilian and SLED accounts
  • Accelerate mission-critical revenue by engineering and executing strategic expansion plans that turn initial deployments into agency-wide standards
  • Cultivate long-term ecosystem loyalty through proactive lifecycle engagement with government decision-makers, government contractors, federal systems integrators, and channel partners to ensure robust account health
  • Champion technical excellence by delivering high-impact presentations and proposals that demonstrate the ROI of JFrog’s Platform in a government context
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Solutions Architects to design resilient technical frameworks that align IT modernization with agency-wide mission objectives, ensuring seamless delivery across complex regulatory environments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Federal executives and Systems Integrators to define program requirements, navigate policy hurdles, and cultivate long-term inter-agency initiatives that drive digital transformation
  • Lead end-to-end business development efforts for major government procurements, including the orchestration of complex bid strategies, competitive pricing models, and strategic teaming agreements for winning proposal submissions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Public Sector/Government sales and account management within an enterprise software company
  • Proven track record of excellence, with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and navigating public procurement
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps and SaaS, including the ability to communicate complex Application Security and Software Development concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deep Industry Knowledge surrounding key IT initiatives, policies, and guidance i.e. NIST SP 800-218
  • Strategic relationship-building skills, with experience in branching agency enterprise systems and policies to programmatic & mission requirements
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, hit revenue targets, and provide dedicated support to federal accounts
  • Strong track record of integrating AI tools into the sales process and deep experience managing the federal sales funnel within Salesforce
