We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong Project Management background who will manage client relationships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact
Manage the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Lead regular client communication including status meetings, roadmap discussions, and business reviews
Manage client expectations and proactively address risks or issues
Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Prepare estimations, commercial proposals, and change requests when needed
Participate in discovery sessions and pre-sales activities together with the sales team
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and Pre-Sales teams
Prepare project reports and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Project Management in IT
Experience working in service or outsourcing companies
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with eCommerce projects (Magento / Shopify / Shopify Plus) will be a strong advantage
