Job Description:

As a Pension Specialist/Account Manager, you will lead the transition into the eMPF era, managing end-to-end scheme operations while driving portfolio growth. You will act as a subject matter expert, balancing technical precision in digital workflows with a consultative approach to client relationship management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute seamless eMPF lifecycles, from digital onboarding and contribution processing to complex investment rebalancing and withdrawals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employer and member inquiries, resolving high-level escalations and providing insightful market updates
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities within existing portfolios and perform "deep-dives" into current accounts to generate new revenue streams
  • Draft comprehensive review reports and lead negotiations for new and renewal cases, ensuring 100% adherence to IIQE and company's regulatory standards
  • Contribute to ad-hoc team initiatives, applying analytical thinking to streamline internal pension processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III
  • Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in broker firms or pension providers

Nice to have:

University Degree of any discipline or at least diploma level with pension and finance institution experience preferred
