Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager who will act as a strategic solution partner for our customers. The goal of this position is to ensure that companies' human resources processes are 100% digitized. In this role, you will leverage your deep payroll expertise to guide HR managers through their digital transformation journeys, ensuring they get the maximum value from Kolay’s payroll and HR solutions. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a completely remote job. However, it is preferable for candidates to reside in Istanbul for potential face-to-face meetings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mastermind the digital orchestration of payroll processes by using your expertise to sync and optimize customer workflows within the product
  • Act as a "Payroll Product Consultant" to help companies transition from manual/legacy systems to Kolay’s digital solutions
  • Create customer happiness and increase NPS by being a knowledgeable partner, not just a software provider
  • Help digitalization of HR for medium and enterprise-level customers
  • Upsell new applications and features to current customers based on their specific payroll and HR needs
  • Activate new companies with data integration and design Kolay to fit specific company requirements
  • Analyze portfolio data to prioritize accounts and minimize churn
  • Bridge the gap between customer needs and the Product team by providing detailed feedback on payroll-related features

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Customer Success, or Customer Engagement
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and payroll legislation
  • Product-oriented, highly-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills and persuasiveness
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in selling or managing SaaS products in a B2B environment is a significant advantage
  • Related Bachelor’s or Master's degree
