As an account manager, you occupy a key position. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), as well as building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory. You will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of our pay-and-display (P&D) systems, various SaaS solutions, insights and the mobile payment solution EasyPark within your geographical area.

Cluster development: strategic approach to develop your territory and expand Arrive's market presence
Sales Cycle Management: manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiations and successful closing
Relationship management: central contact person for your customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support
Solution presentation: present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly in front of decision-makers
Implementation & Upselling: accompany the implementation phase and proactively identify potential for upselling with existing customers
CRM & Admin: keep our CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) up to date and ensure precise documentation of your sales activities
Travel to meet customers in person (approx. 60% of the working time, usually 3 days per week)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (business administration, sales, marketing or similar)
At least 3-5 years of in-depth experience in sales or account management – ideally in the areas of parking management, smart city or tech
Deep understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies
Knowledge of P&D systems or mobile apps is a big plus
Fluent in negotiation, strong in closing deals and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Communicate clearly, convincingly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group – both orally and in writing
Self-motivated, results-oriented and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment
Dealing with CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite is routine
Fluent in German C2
Good knowledge of English B2/C1 for internal communication in a global team
Nice to have:
Knowledge of P&D systems or mobile apps is a big plus
Experience in the areas of parking management, smart city or tech
