Help businesses thrive in eCommerce as a Business Account Manager. In this role, you’ll support eCommerce clients across South Australia, helping their businesses grow and succeed. Based in our Adelaide office, you’ll act as a trusted partner to business as they use Australia Post & Startrack to reach their customers and expand their impact. With a wide range of B2B, B2C and international freight solutions at your fingertips, you’ll play an important part in helping Australian eCommerce businesses connect their products with the people who love them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage existing accounts, identifying ways to create value and expand services
  • Visit customers face to face, to gain understanding of their business and how we can partner with them for future growth
  • Partner with business leaders to review performance and explore opportunities for growth
  • Analyse your portfolio to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships through in-person and virtual meetings
  • Develop new business, leveraging the strong momentum across the eCommerce sector
  • Use AI technology in order to improve sales processes, serve customers better and to expand future opportunities
