We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to support growth for OnShelf, our Walmart Marketplace business unit. This is a hybrid role is responsible for sustaining relationships with clients, onboarding new brand partners, and driving business development activities. You will play a critical role in expanding SellCord’s presence as the top Walmart Marketplace agency. Regular travel is required to meet with clients, attend events, and support relationship management.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing client relationships with a focus on delivering measurable business results within Walmart and Sam’s Club ecosystems
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, product lines, and category strategies
Set up reporting dashboards, data integrations (Retail Link, Nova, Sinctilla, etc.), and communication cadence
Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and escalations
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with client teams, ensuring alignment on business priorities
Conduct regular business reviews highlighting performance, opportunities, and recommendations
Monitor account health, sales performance, inventory, and replenishment metrics
Partner with internal operations and analytics teams to resolve issues, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure consistent in-stock rates
Collaborate with Walmart and Sam’s Club buyer teams and replenishment partners when appropriate
Track KPIs related to sales performance, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in relationship building, strategic communication, and negotiations
Solid experience utilizing retail analytics and supplier tools including Retail Link, Nova, Aspen, and Sinctilla
Solid accountability and ownership
Walmart or Sam’s Club experience with in-store, problem solving is strongly preferred
Project management experience with cross functional collaboration
