Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our ACP (Access Controlled Parking) team in Italy. In this role, you will be the point of reference for developing and managing partnerships with structure parking operators (garages and areas with automated access) and local administrations in your area of responsibility. Your goal will be to guide the partners' digital transformation, managing the sales cycle with a consultative and strategic approach, from first contact through to implementation and relationship consolidation. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the Arrive business in North West Italy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute commercial plans to expand the ACP business in the North-West, identifying and prioritizing new opportunities (private operators, municipalities, and key stakeholders)
  • Lead the entire process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closing
  • Build solid and lasting relationships with existing partners, monitoring their satisfaction and identifying up-selling and growth opportunities
  • Work in synergy with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure effective client onboarding and continuous service improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years account management or B2B experience
  • Knowledge of parking access systems and garage management is considered a preferred plus, but is not essential
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • Italian native speaker (or C2) and English level B2 (necessary for interviews and internal interactions)
  • Driving license and own vehicle
