Job Description:

This role expands market presence throughout the Northeast U.S. region with primary focus in PA. and drives revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities while deepening long-term relationships with established accounts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Makes daily sales calls and prepares call reports
  • Prepares and conducts sales presentations
  • Establishes target accounts and tracks progress of accounts to gain business
  • Participates in ongoing product training
  • Quotes product pricing to current and potential customers
  • Submits pricing contract revisions to the Pricing Administrator
  • Provides technical support to clients
  • Works on enhancing sales and profit margins for all customers
  • Maintains strong relationships with key accounts as well as non-Dexter accounts
  • Develops creative ideas with distributors and direct accounts to help increase sales of new products
  • Communicates key information from the marketplace to management
  • Provides timely updates in the company CRM system
  • Submits monthly commentary to supervisor
  • Attends and actively participates in monthly Cadence Calls and any other program or training assigned
  • Works trade shows, open house events, and/or other shows requested by customers as needed

Requirements:

  • Must live in the Northeast Region
  • Must be able to travel throughout the territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 3 years related experience
  • Must have a state issued driver’s license that allows for driving without restrictions
