This role expands market presence throughout the Northeast U.S. region with primary focus in PA. and drives revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities while deepening long-term relationships with established accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Makes daily sales calls and prepares call reports
Prepares and conducts sales presentations
Establishes target accounts and tracks progress of accounts to gain business
Participates in ongoing product training
Quotes product pricing to current and potential customers
Submits pricing contract revisions to the Pricing Administrator
Provides technical support to clients
Works on enhancing sales and profit margins for all customers
Maintains strong relationships with key accounts as well as non-Dexter accounts
Develops creative ideas with distributors and direct accounts to help increase sales of new products
Communicates key information from the marketplace to management
Provides timely updates in the company CRM system
Submits monthly commentary to supervisor
Attends and actively participates in monthly Cadence Calls and any other program or training assigned
Works trade shows, open house events, and/or other shows requested by customers as needed
Requirements:
Must live in the Northeast Region
Must be able to travel throughout the territory
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or a comparable discipline
At least 3 years related experience
Must have a state issued driver’s license that allows for driving without restrictions
