The role of the account manager will be to establish, own and manage an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales skills, a focus on customer service, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and data-driven, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth
Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend and product adoption
Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio
Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks
Requirements:
1-4 years of previous experience in customer sales or success management, account management, or consulting
Customer management experience
Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
Experience how to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
Capacity to articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day-to-day communications and regular presentation
Aptitude team working skills, openess to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high pressure situations
Fluency in English and a Nordic language
Market knowledge and work experience in the Nordics Markets
