Wisely Insure is seeking a dynamic Account Manager (Non-Life) to join our team and provide exceptional service to our corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day claims, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and collaborating directly with insurance companies. If you have a strong command of the English language, excel in organizational skills, and have experience as a B2B account manager, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle day to day claims with corporate clients
  • Responsible for client retention and policy renewals
  • Responsive to client inquiries, service concerns and any requests
  • Deal directly with Insurance companies regarding the service
  • Handle and follow-up on collections and payment matters from the client side and insurance company
  • Might be asked to visit client premises or perform meetings based on need basis
  • Report directly to the Senior General Insurance Advisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Holder of any related field (Non-medical)
  • 1- 2 years Experience as an account manager B2B in any field
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Ensure all equipment (including diving life support systems) and vessels are maintained through proactive, preventative maintenance programs
  • Utilize SGS’s maintenance management system (MTC Pro) to schedule and track all maintenance, inspections, and compliance tasks for regional assets – including facility, vehicles, trailers, vessels, life support equipment, generators, underwater video systems, etc. – and maintain accurate logs and photographic records to verify task completion, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. All work and documentation is tracked through MTC Pro planned maintenance system
  • Reconcile maintenance expenditures and CAPEX accounts on a monthly basis in coordination with the General Manager and Regional Accounting, maintaining budgetary control
  • Take a hands-on approach to leadership by actively participating in maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Lead by example in the shop and field, providing coaching and training to team members to ensure work is performed safely, correctly, and efficiently
  • Assign and/or perform routine maintenance on marine diesel engines (e.g. oil changes, filter replacements, belt adjustments)
  • Diagnose and repair issues in diesel engines, propulsion systems, control systems, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct sea trials to verify repairs and ensure vessels are fully operational and seaworthy
  • Retrofit or upgrade engines and equipment per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and diagnostic results for each service or repair in MTC Pro
