The Account Manager role is part of Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group, focused on enabling businesses to grow by connecting them to customers across Meta platforms using Meta’s advertising solutions. Account Managers are directly responsible for driving revenue, building relationships and helping clients grow their business results using Meta platforms through client-centric consultation, education, and support. Success in this position requires consultative sales, collaboration with team members and cross functional teams, a willingness to experiment and experience thriving in a dynamic, data-driven environment against tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of clients in Vietnam, with a focus on driving revenue and year-over-year growth of the clients to hit or exceed their own revenue goal
Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spending on Meta platforms
Lead strategic conversations with small and medium clients and educate them on Meta's advertising solutions
Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
Fluency in Vietnamese and English are required as this role will manage clients whose common business language is Vietnamese and English
Knowledge of the Vietnamese market as the role will manage clients within that region
Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
Experience articulating complex data stories in simple language to customers via regular communication and presentation
Structured problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
