Job Description

The Account Management team, part of the Small & Medium Business Group, is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through business consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge. Ideal candidates are expected to forge connections with clients and maintain effective internal relationships with cross-functional teams. They should be adept at driving marketing strategies and hands-on with executing tactics, aiming to boost revenue and foster customized learning and long-term partnerships. Success in this role hinges on consultative sales, data-driven and client servicing skills, coupled with a readiness to innovate.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide dedicated account management to advertisers

  • Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
  • Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet board advertiser requirements

  • Manage account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consulting
  • Effective communications and presentation skills
  • Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships
  • Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely
  • Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
  • BA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for success in this role as they will manage clients whose usual business language is English and Mandarin

  • Experienced in Hong Kong and Taiwan Market
  • Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
