Job Description

The Mid-Market Sales team, part of the Small & Medium Business Group, is dedicated to aiding the growth of businesses of a range of sizes by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through business consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge. Ideal candidates are expected to forge connections with clients and maintain effective internal relationships with cross-functional teams. They should be adept at driving marketing strategies and hands-on with executing tactics, aiming to boost revenue and foster customized learning and long-term partnerships. Success in this role hinges on consultative sales, data-driven and client servicing skills, coupled with a readiness to innovate.

  • Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet advertiser requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigour
  • Lead account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
  • Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
  • Excel in a team-oriented and fast paced environment, possess analytical skills, be proficient in navigating complex challenges and ambiguity to offer tailored solutions to clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, sales, or consulting
  • Effective communications and presentation skills
  • Experience cultivating client relationships
  • Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely
  • Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required as this role will manage clients whose usual business language is English
