Job Description:

You will have a real, genuine impact on the growth of both our business, and the restaurant partners we work with. Whether it’s building strong strategic relationships and creating new revenue opportunities for our restaurant partners. You’ll also be trusted to be the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders and advocate on their behalf for what they need to get the most out of the Uber platform. We are always innovating and as we introduce additional products like dine-in, direct delivery and a suite of marketing tech solutions, our restaurant teams are responsible for ensuring all of our partners are empowered to succeed and grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead post-deal partner management for a book of NZ’s highest value and potential Mid-Market segment restaurant partners
  • Own partner relationships to yield tangible metrics outcomes. Achieve revenue growth targets for your restaurant partners and Uber, and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value
  • Articulate the Uber Eats value proposition and help restaurant partners leverage the full suite of Uber products and services to grow their business
  • Conceive, design and lead growth initiatives with our restaurant partners and drive through to completion, working cross functionally with Uber’s internal teams and our restaurant partners
  • Set, track and report on performance metrics of restaurant partners, educate partners about what is best in class operational and commercial performance
  • Be a strong part of the small New Zealand team, and help create an amazing place to work

Requirements:

  • Account management fundamentals - experience leading value led discussions with partners at scale to drive impact and engagement
  • Excellent time management - knowing how to juggle various priorities and dedicate time accordingly to maintain pace and composure in BAU
  • Negotiation skills - willingness to demonstrate the true value of give/get in partnerships to ensure the best outcomes for both Uber Eats and our partners
