As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sales of Med Surg equipment within key hospital accounts, with a focus on hospital beds, vital signs devices, and connectivity solutions
Develop new business opportunities including tendering, negotiations, and contract management
Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and the annual Territory Business Plan
Share market updates and contract insights with contract managers
Implement promotional and sales programs in collaboration with marketing, education, training, and applications teams
Partner closely with the Clinical Advisor to run trials, demos, training sessions, and sales activities
Requirements:
7+ years of sales experience with proven consultative selling skills and successful product launches
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device sales with demonstrated achievements
Solid experience in tendering and managing high‑level contract negotiations
Understanding of connectivity and connected medical ecosystems
Excellent communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills
Digital proficiency with Microsoft Office
Fluency in Dutch and English required
Reliable, well‑organized, and able to manage your own time and priorities effectively
