Job Responsibility:
Serving as the primary business contact for the key retail partner across assigned Health & Beauty categories
Developing, presenting, and executing strategic sales plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP) designed to meet or exceed sales goals
Managing all operational aspects, including product listings, promotional calendars, and seasonal program execution
Conducting in-depth analysis of sales performance, market trends, and retailer data to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of account strategy
Supporting new product introductions, planogram development, and merchandising initiatives
Overseeing demand forecasting and inventory management to ensure optimal in-stock performance and minimize supply chain disruption
Managing trade spend budgets, retail pricing strategies, and conducting ROI analysis for promotional activities
Requirements:
3–5+ years of demonstrable account management experience specifically working with major mass retailers in Canada
Prior experience in the Health & Beauty, Personal Care, or similar fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG/CPG) categories is preferred
Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in retailer-specific data portals (such as Retail Link), advanced Excel, and sales reporting tools
Proven understanding of large retailer systems and business processes, including Joint Business Planning methodology
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial client relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
