Job Responsibility
Deliver annual & monthly company targets in terms of volume & revenue
Develop sales by improving services of business partners and capability of sales force
Handle winning negotiations to overcome business challenges
Understand the digital commerce landscape and developments to drive digitization across the business
Maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders amidst tough market conditions
Requirements
Be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification
Have experience in sales in a similar capacity (preferably FMCG) will be an added advantage
Be self-confident and assertive with good inter-personal and relationship management skills
Possess a valid driving license and be willing to work in outstation areas
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and motivate the team to achieve set business objectives
