Job Responsibility

  • Deliver annual & monthly company targets in terms of volume & revenue
  • Develop sales by improving services of business partners and capability of sales force
  • Handle winning negotiations to overcome business challenges
  • Understand the digital commerce landscape and developments to drive digitization across the business
  • Maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders amidst tough market conditions

Requirements

  • Be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification
  • Have experience in sales in a similar capacity (preferably FMCG) will be an added advantage
  • Be self-confident and assertive with good inter-personal and relationship management skills
  • Possess a valid driving license and be willing to work in outstation areas
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and motivate the team to achieve set business objectives
