Job Description:

Through a customer-centred approach, you will join the Commercial business unit that provides a complete and integrated offer, which includes oil products, natural gas, and electricity. Apart from these, it also offers convenience products and services and multi-energy proposals, such as charging stations for electric vehicles or decentralised solar energy solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote commercial initiatives with your client portfolio, presenting products and services in line with the assigned sales objectives and Galp's strategies
  • Managing the relationship with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention: monitoring after-sales, ensuring follow-up actions and visits
  • Understand the specific needs of each client and collaborate with Galp's different internal areas to develop energy solutions that promote decarbonization and competitiveness
  • Identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities, carrying out feasibility analyses and market prospecting
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new customer needs in the energy sector
  • Monitoring the competition's offer, providing insights to support the improvement and diversification of the solutions portfolio
  • Participating in the definition of the annual sales budget, providing inputs based on your client portfolio
  • Coordinating with service providers to ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Engineering, Management or Economics
  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships of trust with different interlocutors and levels of knowledge
  • Autonomy, with a high capacity for self-learning and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Experience in commercial areas, preferably in natural gas and/or electricity
  • Analytical and technical skills, with solid knowledge of the energy sector and an interest in developing solutions with a commercial impact
  • Strong teamwork skills, in dynamic and collaborative contexts
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining focus and effectiveness
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in digital and commercial management tools, such as Power BI, Excel and digital platforms
  • A love of learning, researching and contributing to innovative solutions in the sector
