Job Responsibility:

  • Search new clients that could benefit from APTIV products and/or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
  • Establish new and maintain existing long-term rapports with customers
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
  • Convince clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Calculate client quotations
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs
  • Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Chase account receivable regularly and meet cooperate AR target
  • Win new business and meet cooperate booking target

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in business, mechanical/electrical engineering
  • At least 5 years sales working experience in Multinational company
  • Decent and polite manner, good computer and communication skills, Fluent oral and written English
  • Experience and knowledge of automotive Connection systems/components(tier1/tier2) is preferred
  • Basic knowledge in TS16949

  • Advise customers on best practices and product adoption in a post-sales capacity
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and serve as their technical counterpart on a defined book of business
