Job Description

We are looking for a high impact Account Manager - Growth Specialist to own and scale performance marketing for one of our most strategic accounts. This is not a coordination role - it is an ownership role. You will set growth targets, build and execute strategies across multiple international geographies, and ensure every campaign delivers results. You need to be a performance marketing champion who also understands retention, creative strategy, and other marketing domains - because scaling a large brand requires a full-picture view.

Job Responsibility

  • Own revenue and growth targets for the account and work systematically toward them
  • Develop and execute international D2C performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
  • Identify and drive new growth initiatives across international geographies
  • Scale accounts profitably, balancing acquisition cost with revenue targets
  • Conduct regular full-funnel performance analysis across all active campaigns
  • Build and present detailed performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Track and report on KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV across geographies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client team
  • Lead client communication proactively - anticipating needs, presenting new ideas, and driving strategic conversations
  • Build a strong, trust-based long-term relationship with the client
  • Ensure the internal performance, creative, and tech teams deliver quality execution on time
  • Own project timelines and maintain accountability across all stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align delivery with the agreed strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience with a proven D2C track record
  • International market exposure - experience managing or contributing to campaigns for markets outside India
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and full-funnel D2C marketing
  • Strong command of data - comfortable reading, interpreting, and acting on performance numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written client communication skills
  • Proactive, number-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes rather than just tasks
